A help-desk is designed to make life easier for both the technician and the end-user. With help-desk functionality interactions between the end-user and technician are controlled and documented. Priorities are set at the time the ticket is raised and suitable technicians are assigned to the task.

 How can a help-desk help you?

  • One stop help for all users.
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency.
  • Work more efficiently
  • Track recurring issues.
  • Establish action plans.
